Mimzoid Shipping Policy

At Mimzoid, we work to ensure that every order is carefully prepared, processed, and shipped to you as efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our processing and delivery policies so you know what to expect after placing your order.

1. Processing & Delivery Time

Countries Where Refunds and Replacements Are Not Supported

Due to shipping limitations, carrier restrictions, or logistical conditions, refunds and replacements related to shipping may not be supported in certain destinations.

For Mexico, a valid phone number and email address are required, and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Central America and Caribbean:
Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Norfolk Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Christmas Island

2. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive an order confirmation email after successfully completing your purchase.
  
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  
• Tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
  

Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate so you can receive important order and shipping updates.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please make sure your address includes all applicable details, such as:

Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information may be delayed, returned, or deemed undeliverable.

If your order has already been shipped, Mimzoid cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Mimzoid will assist with delivery issues based only on the final shipping address confirmed and provided by the customer.

In some cases, we may contact you to confirm or correct your shipping address before dispatching the order.

If an order has already entered processing or production and we require address confirmation, failure to respond may affect our ability to ship the order or approve certain refund, replacement, or cancellation requests.

If an address is identified as invalid, incomplete, potentially fraudulent, or undeliverable, we may contact you for additional information.

The order may be placed on hold for up to 7 days while awaiting your response.

If no valid address confirmation is received within this period, the order may be canceled. If the order qualifies for cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.

4. Delivery Issues

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We will review the tracking information and may contact the shipping carrier to assist with the investigation.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please provide:

• Clear, high-quality photos or a short video showing the damaged item
  
• A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the outer packaging
  
• Your order number
  
• A brief description of the issue
  

Please retain the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as additional photos or information may be required.

In certain circumstances, we may ask you to create a Service Request with the shipping carrier. This may be necessary when:

• The package has been held at or delivered to a local post office instead of your address
  
• Delivery was unsuccessful due to weather, geographic restrictions, or other external conditions
  
• Tracking shows the package as “Delivered,” but you have not received it
  
• The carrier requires additional confirmation before opening an investigation

Providing the requested information helps us investigate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

5. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• Check your mailbox, porch, front door, garage, or other delivery areas
  
• Check with household members
  
• Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted the package
  
• Contact your local shipping carrier or post office
  
• Allow up to 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before the actual delivery
  

If the package still cannot be located, please contact support@mimzoid.com with your order number and tracking information.

We may require documentation or confirmation from the carrier before approving a refund or replacement.

6. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

A package may be returned to the sender due to circumstances including:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
  
• Addressee unknown
  
• Missing apartment or unit number
  
• Customer unavailable to receive the package
  
• Unclaimed package
  
• Full or expired PO Box
  
• Refusal of delivery
  
• No access to the delivery location

Mimzoid is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or by circumstances preventing the carrier from accessing the delivery location.

Refund or replacement eligibility for returned or undeliverable packages will be determined according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the amount paid on our website may not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

International shipments may be subject to:
